i have installed cb blog . but the user can not add blog. i have added categories but not work?

CB Blogs uses the Categories of your Joomla website.

So you need to create new content categories in Joomla and they will be available in CB Blogs.

The actual articles created will be Joomla content articles and I believe there are many Joomla modules that can be used to show these new article summaries in.
