[SOLVED] no notification after registration was created by mfe13

Since this morning, there is no notification after registration of a member.
No notifications to the member and for the admin.
I haven't changed anything in the settings!!
I don't understand.

Sorry, the problem is with my hosting provider.
all it's OK

CB does not dynamically change.
