Hi,
My proposal is to include an extra language file for the cb incubator plugins.
Sure I can input the words and phrases in cbteamplugins_language.php.

With an extra language file, the language file for those who doesn't use incubator will not maximize. But it helps the users of incubator to translate incubator plugins.

Incubator translations should always go into cbteamplugins_language.php. With CB 2.0 translations will become much easier as we're discussing some sort of database driven system with in-line translation support.
