Hmm, can't recall if it'll work or not, but you maybe able to use substitutions in the title. Edit the tab within CB > Tab Management then add [username] substitution for example to the title and see if it renders as the users actual username on profile. Note I can not recall if this will work or not. If not then it's not designed to work as such.
