[SOLVED] access whith cbsubs

hello,
I have a public access in Kunena.
All plans (1, 2, 3) have access without restriction.
However, I have a plan (1) that restricts access to this menu!
CBSbus 1.30 rc1
Kunena 1.7.2

the question is: why 1 access is restricted if I have not restricted this access?

ok,
I remove all restrictions from the menu, I save, I put the necessary restrictions and even now it works.
Which mean that a menu link that was not selected, however, was restricted!
