CB Auto Actions examples?

Hi all, trying to get my head around these cool plugins but alas, there's not any examples to play with. I'm really lost. Would it be possible for someone to throw up some working examples?

Nick, I can see only 3. Is it possible or the system doesn't recognize me as a pro subscriber? It says I have to subscribe.

Only 3 examples, none of which are on Auto Actions

I want it so

If age = less than 18 then add usergroup -> Teens
If age = 18/over then add usergroup -> Adults

I've got the basic jist of it, but I can't see where or how it 'pulls' the age from the registration form.

On the left field I put "age" and then drop down box "Less than", then on the right field "18" but it doesn't seem to work.
