I ve made a custom tab plugin but I cant set the fields to that tab. The tab exists but I cant make it appear at the list of the tabs in the edit field page.
Edit your XML and ensure fields="1" is present on the tab XML element. As its already installed it'll do nothing, but resolves future installs. To fix you'll need to edit the tab in your database and adjust the fields column to 1.
