[SOLVED] Field displayed only for admin

Hello,

I'm searching a way to display an ajax text field only for super administrator (internal note wanted).

I set a tab



Then I create an ajax texte field to put on this tab



And a delimiter field to receive this tab



But here is the result if I'm logged as a super admin



And the result if I'm logged as a simple members



As you can see the field "commentère interne" appears on the page when I'm not logged as a super admin. So can you tell me chere is my error please ?

Set your tab to Special. Fields don't have access permissions. Just the tabs they are on do.

one more think about this subject, I set the tab on special but administrator can't see the tab, only super administrator can see it, is it normal ?

If you're on J1.5 then it's a known bug; please see below bug ticket.

If on J2.5 then you need to ensure your Administrator usergroup is a part of the Special accesslevel in Joomlas accesslevel manager.

Effectively it's a 1.5 website, I'll see the ticket and make a feedback here
