hi, the usual tab description appears on the edit, not profile (as stated). But for profilebook plugin (i.e. wall, blog etc), the appearance order is switched! Is this a bug?

Nope, not a bug. It's designed that way.

hi krileon, can you please clarify?

In the tab management for profile wall, this is written -

"Description: This description appears only on user edit, not on profile (For profile text, use delimiter fields):"

So doesn't it mean that whatever is written here will appear on user EDIT and NOT profile? Currently whatever is written here appears in profile and not edit.

Did you misunderstand the issue or is there something I don't understand. Please advise. Thanks.

Tab Edit is a generic page, it always shows that description regardless of what tab you edit. A plugin tab such as the ProfileBook Wall tab can choose to display the description anywhere and anyway it'd like. In the case of ProfileBook it shows in profile view instead of profile edit.
