We are upgrading from GJ2.4 to 2.5.1 and the owners of groups that were created prior to the upgrade are not receiving Join notifications, but the owners of new groups are receiving them (even if it the owner is the same user).
User A owns legacy Approval Group 1;
User B joins Group 1;
User A receives no join notification. (notifcations are set to PMS only and join notifications are enabled)
User A creates a new Approval Group 2;
User B joins Group 2;
User A receives the join notification.
