I've explained it 3 times, please review my previous posts.

It's not the pending one, it seems to be the joomla one...

I've explained already how to disable this. If it's still sending then you'll need to post to Joomlas forums to see what could be wrong. Setting the appropriate parameter in Extensions > Plug-in Manager > User - Joomla! should resolve this. Based off your previous screenshot you did not configure the correct parameter; please see again my steps above and in my earlier posts.
