[SOLVED] Email the register is not sent

Hello,

I am using the version of Joomla 1.5.26 and CB 1.8.

When the user logs on the site, e-mail is not reaching the recipient, both for the administrator as to the inbox of the new registered user.

I am using SMTP configuration in joomla.

SMTP Authentication - Yes
SMTP Security - TLS
SMTP Port - 465
SMTP Username - user@domain.com.br -> Email is hosted on GoogleApp
SMTP Password - password
SMTP Host - smtp.gmail.com

obs.: The e-mail arrives to any other component used, for example, jDownloads RSform and Pro.

Someone has an answer or if there have been similar.
I will appreciate any help.

It's not configured properly. GMAIL doesn't use TLS, it uses SSL. Please see my below post.

Hello krileon,

Thanks for your help.

The problem has solved.

Changed TLS to SSL and returned to work.
