We're running Joomla 1.6.1, CB 1.7.1, and CB Subs 1.2.2. We charge 8.95 per month for our Silver Membership plan. We are running a promo that is supposed to give them the first month free then charge the full price for auto-recurring subsequent months. Today we had our first auto-recurring payment but it ran it for the %100 discount rate, or $0 for the payment instead of the full $8.95 price.

Any idea what we need to change to make the recurring payments charge the full amount?

All 3 are out of date; please upgrade. What you're experiencing is likely a bug in the promotions integration as you've set the promotion to apply only to the first payment already.
