Tracking down why reg & mass email not being sent? was created by sahaja

Hello, I'm hoping someone can help me here with this. I'm running J2.5.4 and CB1.8

New registrations aren't receiving confirmation emails, mass email doesn't work either (well kind of - Super User receives it ok, but not any test registrations I set up). I've looked at every setting I can find and everything seems to be set correctly.

Any suggestions on how I can go about tracking down why this is happening?

Does Joomlas mass mailer work? If only your admin is working are the other email addresses used valid? What mailer method are you using within Joomlas global configuration?
