CB Forums, change signature was created by tto
Hello,

I am using cb.1.8, joomla 1.5.28, CB Forums 2.1.0, Kunena 1.7

How can I allow the users to change forum signature ?

Thanks,

Navigate to CB > Plugin Management > CB Forums > Configuration > Models > Kunena 1.7 > Profile and assign a CB field to Kunenas signature field. It'll then synchronize that field to Kunena anytime you edit your profile.

Hi Krileon,

I assigned to "forumsignature", but it does not show in when user edit profile.

Also the Ordering and View setup is not showing when editing profile..

I unpublished "Forum integration" plugin after I installed "CB Forums", is that right?

What am I doing wrong?

thanks,

Regards,

Tariq

If you unpublished "Forum integration" then those fields that are provided by it won't display. You need to create a new field in CB > Field Management and link it though that configuration. Suppose the alternative is to leave "Forum integration" enabled, but move its tab to a not shown on profile position in CB > Tab Management.

Hi again,

After the update to CB1.8, when I publish "Forum integration", I receive this error when I browse a topic in the forum:

Warning: implode() [function.implode]: Invalid arguments passed in /home/website/public_html/administrator/components/com_comprofiler/plugin.class.php on line 139

How can I fix this?

thanks,

Regards,

Tariq

You ideally should not have both forum plugins published at the same time. Just create a new CB field and map it within CB Forums.

The above is due to something trying to pull the CSV value of a field and it's expecting the result to be an array, but a string is given (happens in the _arrayToFormat function).
