No, CB Auto Actions can't act on triggers outside of CB. So K2 would need to fire off CB triggers then you use CB Auto Actions to act on them. I doubt K2 will implement this however so you may need to review implementing it your self. If they fire Joomla triggers then you maybe able to just create a Joomla system plugin to route those triggers to CB.
