cookies cbrvs error

Hi, I have a problem in ragistraton page

it does't work becouse of cookie problem so the CB sometimes doesn't register che cookie with value cbrvs

why?

I have Joomla 1.5.25 with CB 1.8

Can you be more specific as to what your issue is? What error are you receiving exactly? Typically if such an issue is present the AJAX checks will also fail, but they appear to be working. Have you tested with debug mode and maximum error reporting set within Joomla global configuration to see if any fatal errors are present?

I don't speak english very well but sometimes, when a new user go to register page, he gives the error "Sessione scaduta e/o cookie non attivati nel tuo browser." in the username ajax field.

I see that the error is caused by a missing cookie called "cbrvs".

In fact, when you enter on the register sometimes the browser doesn't register that value. You can prove it by delete cookie and retry to reload registration page.

Of course if the cookie is missing the spoof check will fail; it's doing exactly as intended. Users must have cookies enabled. Alternative is disable spoof checking within CB > Configuration > Integrations.

I have already disabled it...90% of user have this error.
If I pay can you resolve it for me?
