Hi, in addition to the Terms and Conditions checkbox, is it possible to add 3 more checkboxes they must agree to such as a Privacy Policy, Advertising Statement, and a Newsletter Opt-in option?
Also, how do I have "proof" that the user indeed check the box (in case there is ever a legal issue with the user in the future)?
You can add single checkbox fields from within CB > Field Management. To force a user to check them simply set them as Required.
Alternative is to create a multi-checkbox field, set it as required, and add only 1 value of _UE_AGREEPRIVACY. Now translate that string within the CB defines language plugin as follows.
