I had users who registred without putting a photo on the profile yet it is a required field.
The problem was the size that was too low (400k) in the setting.
And when a user put an image greater than 400 kb, the picture was not downloaded but it could registred on the site.
Also, instead of a plan cbsubs he had no plan.
This problem is solved by increasing the size of the avatar to 2000ko in the fields Avatar. Maybe it will to someone!
