During subscription,
when I use a name with ' in the name field
for exemple : l'arbre

I have this :
Warning: sprintf() [function.sprintf]: Too few arguments in ...../libraries/joomla/methods.php on line 320

Have you got any idea ?
Is it a joomla bug ?

It could be a wrongly translated string.

There's a language string that's using %s (sprintf replacements) and it has 1 too many. You need to go through your language plugin and find which one is causing the problem exactly. This normally happens due to an out of date language plugin (maybe try seeing if there's an up to date French language plugin?).
