Joomla version? CB version? Frontend and/or backend? With SEF enabled? Have you tested with SEF disabled? Have you tested with spoof checking disable (CB > Configuration > Integrations)?

Strange, please test with debug mode and maximum error reporting set in Joomla global configuration and review any on-screen errors. If issue persists disable non-core CB plugins 1 by 1 until resolved.
