CBSubs New Membership with several different plans

I am trying to set up a New Membership Plan which contains 6 different sub-plans with different payment amounts based on certain criteria of the person or organization applying for membership. I'm not sure how to begin with this project. I've tried looking in the CBSubs Manual but didn't find exactly what I was looking for. If there are directions for doing this could you please point me in the right direction. If not, could you please advise how to accomplish this task.

Set up New Member Subscription following plans:
1. Colleges Group Plan
2. High Schools/Vocational Group Plan - 500 enrollments
3. High Schools/Vocational Group Plan - 501 – 1,500 enrollments
4. High Schools/Vocational Group Plan - 1,501 or greater enrollments
5. Associates Individual Plan
6. Associates Group Plan

Plans can't have prices or durations based off conditions. It's possible to adjust the price off of conditions using the Promotion integration and applying an automatic discount based off fields or other criteria.

I recommend the below setup.

Colleges Group Plan (parent, exclusive, allow upgrade)
High Schools/Vocational Group Plan (parent, exclusive, allow upgrade)
- 500 Enrollments (child, exclusive)
- 501 – 1,500 Enrollments (child, exclusive)
- 1,501 or Greater Enrollments (child, exclusive, allow upgrade)
Associates Individual Plan (parent, exclusive, allow upgrade)
Associates Group Plan (parent, exclusive, allow upgrade)
