[SOLVED] New User not receiving confirmation email.

cbsubs 2.0

it seems after i have installed cb subs, anyone ( i have tested a fake user ) does not receive the email confirmation even though it is set up in the cb1.8 registration settings to send it.

subsequently , since they are not registered ,they dont receive any more emails and the who registration stops.

any clues for me to check? happy to pm you login to check settings.

They don't receive any emails only when purchasing a subscription or even if they don't purchase one? Typically you'll want to configure the confirmation email to send before payment. This is done on the Workflows tab of your plans. Please ensure you're using CBSubs 2.0.1 as is latest.
