Assign multiple Users to Plan. User List?

Greetings...

How does one assign multiple subscribers to a CBSubs Plan?

I have hundreds of Users that need to be subscribed to a new plan. All of these Users have one profile field in common (state - U.S.).

My thought was create a User List, and somehow add that list to the new Plan?

It is a top level plan, all works well adding them individually, manually in back end.

If there is a post describing, please point out. Much appreciated. Didn't see my specific question in forum, yet.

Additionally, is there a way to filter users via CB Field out of the source plan before importing to destination plan?

Plan A has registered members in various regions. We want only the users from that region imported to Plan B, or C, etc. Can we filter by region when importing users from Plan A?

I am running CB Subs 1.2.2. Will upgrade, am getting ready to migrate/upgrade full J1.5.

The CBSubs import tool does not do such filtering.

YOu can however use the CB User manager (or just filter the comprofiler table in the database) and find list of userids you need to use in the CB import process.
