How can I restrict users to Post to someone's Profilebook a comment if the user who wants to post the comment is registered less than 7 days for example.
So I mean IF the user is registered less than 7 days he Can't post a comment in profilebook...
You can't, there's no timed restriction feature or anything of the sort in ProfileBook. Best approach would be to directly edit the plugin and implement such a feature; sorry, I can't help you with core edits however.
