CB Subs backup

Hi

I recognise that this may not be a topic for this board, but I’m seeking some advice on the best way to backup my CB-Subs database.

In summary we have a website where the articles rarely change (and we take full Akeeba backups both weekly and when we do make changes to the software or the articles). But how would you recommend that we:
1. best take regular backups of the CB-Subs database (and reload them if necessary), say on a daily or more frequent basis?
2. (if we are very successful in the future), configure our site to be secured even better (move to another, paid version of MySQL?)

Akeeba Backup should be sufficient for making backups of your site. It backs up the entire database and file structure. Backups on a weekly basis should be sufficient, but if you feel for whatever reason your site is being targeted or at high risk perhaps daily backup would be more appropriate.
