Drop Down list (multi select) list from table

Hi

I would like to create a Field as drop down list where the content of the list is dynamic.
I have a table in the same database with the data i would like to put into the list.

Is there any way to link the data?

Thanks! this is almost what i need.
This enables me to show a list created by a Query.

The only thing i need now is being able to select multiple values.

any clue how this can be achieved?
