[SOLVED] CB Activity Plugin in Module Position

If you want the Recent activity in a module you can just use a Wrapper module for the recent activity page URL.

actually I only need the "Recent Activity" in a module position. The wrapper does not really work as it also uses the logo and couple of menues wrapped in the module position. I am only looking for the activity stream to be shown in a joomla article that already shows other updates from other sources.
I guess a module provided by Joomlapolis would help many people. The activitiy plugin is amazing! Thanks for the great job.

It's possible I'll release a module for it, but currently no plans to do so. CB 2.x would of course likely have one. For now just use a wrapper and append &tmpl=component to the end of the URL so it only renders in the activity.

thanks a million for the hint. Yes, with the appended code it works... We still did not use it, as there are display issues... The avatar seems to reach into the text. Anyway, no big deal. I understand that your time is limited and of course I look forward to CB2.0.
You guys do a great job, that is truly appreciated (and of course already mentionend in JED).
We just placed a link to the standard activitiy page for now.
