Hi,
I made an language plugin and installed on my site.
But if I delete the default language folder a lot strings looking like _UE_CONNETIONS.
Only when I translate all the default_language files I get an complete translation.
Otherwise not all strings are translated?

Sounds like your language plugin is incomplete. Do not delete the defaults however. Best approach is to download the below English language plugin, translate it, edit its XML to your language, and install it.

Hi Krileon,

Thanks for your respons but I have fixed already.
I had made the mistake to rename the orginal names of the files.

for exc: language.xml
and : language.php

I had take dutch plugin as exsample:

dutch.xml
dutch.php

but this was wrong.
The files needed to be intact.
