Try again how? What are you doing exactly? Logging in? Registering? Have you tried with debug mode enabled and maximum error reporting set? Joomla version?

I am logged in in facebook with my email address. Then I try to login in my website.
It says "Registry is not yet complete" in german. I have to accept the conditions. I accept.Then it refuses with the written answer.
Seams to be working fine here. Please enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration. Once done attempt to login again.
