Hi have a problem :

https:// www.mywebsite.com/ index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=login/
Works good

https:// www.mywebsite.com/ index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=login
Works good

http:// www.mywebsite.com/ index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=login/
Works good

http:// www.mywebsite.com/ index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=login
This URL with HTTP and no "/" at end doesn't works !
Hi have that : "Vous n'êtes pas autorisé à voir le contenu de cette page !" (= Access to this page is forbiden for you)

Have you got any idea ?

No idea, seams like some sort of strange htaccess protection or maybe 3rd party SEF incorrectly rewriting URLs. You shouldn't need a slash at then end as that's not even a valid URL. What are your SEO settings as seen in Joomla global configuration? Try turning them all off.
