Country and state fields like in CBSubs invoice

Is there a way I can implement same country and state fields like in CBSubs invoice in CB registration and profile editing?

If not, would you consider it in CB 2.0?

Would be really usefull for CBSubs integration too 'cause If user profile's country and state are the same for CB and CBSubs at invoicing process those fields are already filled in.

Only solution I am aware of is to use CB Conditional to show/hide state fields based off country. Latest release can conditionally show/hide select field options now (only works for conditional others).

If not, would you consider it in CB 2.0?

CB 2.0 will have such a thing.

In this case, if I start a new project now I think I must use default CB country, state and city fields. I suppose then upgrading to CB 2.0 they will be automatically converted... right?

CB 2.0 will be a migration and not an upgrade. We'll certainly try to ensure the migration is a painless as possible though, but I simply can't guarantee you anything at this point.
