Lost Password funtion not working!

Hi,

I turned off all non-CB plugins, but still having the same issue. I also tried turning off Captcha, but still doesn't send any email. If you just put in your username and click send, there isn't any error message that the email address needs to be added, it just goes to the home page.

Other suggestions?
