How to hide/show tabs?

Hi,

When I am login in CB as a member, I visit my profile page, and I can see the tab "Quick message". But it is not useful to see this tab, there is no sense to send myself a message. This tab is useful when I visit the profile of someone else.

ANother example, people who visit my profile, don't need to see my tab "mailbox" (anyway, this tab is blank because they don't have the rights to check my mailbox. So no useful to publish it for visitors, but useful for myself).

Do you understand my problem?

Any suggestion?

The quick message box really only appears if you are visiting someone elses profile - it should not appear when you are on your profile.
