They're fields included with ProfileBook. Edit your profile on frontend, check profilebook, profileblog, profilewall tabs, and mouseover their info incons for descriptions of what they do.
How do I get my users to upload a picture for their avatar?
Profile edit using the profile picture field or the upload image link on CB menu at top of their profile.
What's the forumrank and how do I use and configure it?
It's their forum rank. Rank is determined by Kunena. You need to have Kunena installed and configured to be integrated with CB. The user then needs to have at least 1 post before a rank can show.
What's formatname and how do I use and configure it?
Displays name format as configured in CB > Configuration > General.
What's cb_pb_enable (Enable Profile Entries) how do I implement it and is there a way to keep track of who enters entries?
