Rearrange Registration Page

Okay, maybe I'm going crazy because I've been looking at this too long but... what am I missing?

In my tab management Contact Info is above Location
In my fields Contact Info is above location too.

Goal:
Registration order:
Name
Email
Password
Verify Password
City
State
County

That's profile ordering and is also based off position. You need to edit the tabs and change the Registration Order.

Tab manager: Contact info doesn't have an up or down option and when I tried to renumber by order and save it didn't save exactly as numbered. At one point it assigned a negative number and another time there were 2 number 1's.

Field Manager: I don't see it location as a field.

Profile ordering: Is there a place for that? I've checked the list manager.

That's profile ordering, which is also based off position. Notice your Contact Info tab is in a position separate from all others and it's the only tab in that position so it has no need for arrows as it has no where to go.

If you want to rearrange the order on registration you need to edit the tab and change the Registration Order (it's an integer field, order 1-infinite as needed).

Umm, not sure what that means

CB > Tab Management > TAB > "Registration ordering"

I'm sorry, I don't know how else to explain it. You edit the tab, change the registration order, then save the tab. This is covered in your documentation available for download in Advanced downloads section.
