How do I use CB Rating Fieldtype Plugin v.1.0 RC4 was created by jabrister

Not sure how to setup the ratings, provide criteria, adjust the settings...? I installed it in the CB plugins area. I see it listed. It doesn't seem to have any controls or settings that do anything. Please provide an explanation.

You need to create a new field from CB Field manager.
