2 images on admin Profile Page

I have 2 images with separate approval processes on the logged in user admin Profile Page and edit --> update your image. Why are there 2 separate approval processes? One I can approve in CB Users Menu, where do I approve the other? How do I make it one and the same image?

To approve an uploaded avatar image for a user you can:

1. Use the CB Workflow module
2. Visit the profile page of the user in frontend or backend as a CB Moderator / Admin.
