[SOLVED] email link not valid in Invites plugin

[SOLVED] email link not valid in Invites plugin was created by jpc0480
I installed the invites plugin and the link that is sent with the email points to is:

Registration -

When you to activate the new account with the link takes you to a page that says, Please says please login first.



In addition it shows the Joomla login module? Which is strange since I do not even have the login module created in my modules.
I'm using:
Kunena 3.0
CB 1.9
Joomla 2.5.11

Looks like you're missing a public and published Joomla menu link to CBs profile. Resulting in CBs registration being protected.

You were absolutely correct! I made the menu link to "Registered" menu. Added it to a hidden public menu and all is well! Cheers!

However what would be causing the Joomla login module to display? I only have a CB login module created.

Does it have something to do with Joomla's core User Manager? Can it be completely disabled?

You're probably seeing the Joomla login page, not module. I recommend installing and publishing CB Core Redirect found in the Free downloads section. It'll prevent access to Joomla user pages and send users to CB instead.

I am having the same problem. jpc0480, please expand on what you did to correct. I have CB Core Redirect installed but the link in the email still results in the login page.

All I had to do was publish a public "Profile" menu.
I'm using:

CB 1.9
Joomla 2.5.11
