Hey!

Is there a way to have multiple upgradeable plans for a single user?
For example:

A user has already subscribed to 3 free basic plans.
Now when he goes to the "Subscriptions Tab" he should see his 5 basic plans listed and below each the option to upgrade to a higher plan.

So it look similar to this:

Basic Subscription 1:
Upgrade this to a higher plan for 10$
Upgrade this to the highest plan for 20$
Basic Subscription 2:
Upgrade this to a higher plan for 10$
Upgrade this to the highest plan for 20$
Basic Subscription 3:
Upgrade this to a higher plan for 10$
Upgrade this to the highest plan for 20$

I already tried to set "higher plan" and "highest plan" as children of the "basic plan"
but it still showed the uprage options just for the last subscribed plan.

Every single plan needs to be upgradeable.

Is this possible?

Regards

Seams like you just need a parent > child type plan setup. Example as follows.

Plan 1
- Plan 1a
- Plan 1b
- Plan 1c
Plan 2
- Plan 2a
- Plan 2b
- Plan 2c
Plan 3
- Plan 3a
- Plan 3b
- Plan 3c

Ok this is what I have:

- Community Plan
- Clubs Plan
- Business Plan

Community Plan is parent of Clubs/Business Plan.
All 3 are not set as exclusive.
Community Plan is set as default.

Now any user should be able to have several Community Plans and should be able to upgrade any single of the Community Plans either to a Club or a Business Plan.

But at the moment, when I go to the subscription tab I can only upgrade one of my Community Plans.

Is there anything else I am missing?

If you want users to have multiples of the same plans you need to edit your plans and on the Workflows tab set them to allow multiple subscriptions.

Hi and thanks for your help.
But this is not what I am looking for at the moment.
I created a little picture and hope it helps you to understand my problem.

I need to be able to upgrade every plan on its own.
Currently I can only upgrade one of these plans and I don't know why.

Regards

What you see on the left is a bug. It doesn't keep the children with the appropriate parent and is a known issue we'll be reviewing for a future release. Aside from that I don't know what to tell you other then copy your plans and have duplicates of them so users can pick to subscribe to multiples.
