[SOLVED] CBSubs Mailer - Triggering Conditions

Folks,

I setting up a CBSubs mailer that sends a message to new members 14 days after they sign up. I've selected, "Member's Sign-up Registration Date" which I am assuming is the registerDate in the jos_users table. However, when I select this date as the Main Mailer Triggering Condition, it does not allow me to select the subscription plan. How to I resolve this condition?

That's their registration date, which is separate from their subscription date. I recommend using "Subscription's subscription date". Otherwise you'll need to go to "Conditions" then set "First condition" to "This condition" and adjust "Any of the following plans subscriptions:" as necessary to apply a condition to the mailer so it'll only send 14 days after they register if they have the selected plans actively subscribed to.

Thanks! Worked perfectly. I reset the Subscription Date to the first of the month so it corrupts the date of registration. We have everyone in our system set to the 1st of the month so we only have to do member management activities once per month. Thanks for your help!
