Hello, is there a way that a user (or even one who isn't logged in) can purchase a membership as a gift to another user, or purchase a coupon code and then send to a user?

Normally we restrict membership to certain types of users based on CB Fields, but for a gift/code purchase, we'd like to make that open to anyone.

Nope, there's no gifting feature.
