CB Plugin Manager
Does it matter if it's set to "registered" or "not registered"? Doesn't the subscription plan dictate what plugin is allowed to be accessed?

There is no "registered" or "not registered" in CB > Plugin Management. Please be more specific what you're referring to. Do you mean Field Management?

 I was trying to say, in the CB Plugin Manager when I filter for CBSubs, do each of the CBSubsxxx have to be "Registered", "Public", or, "Special"? What is the difference? I assume public is OK because CBSubs controls who sees what & when; right?

All CB plugins should be Public. I suppose you could change them, but do so carefully. It's best to leave them Public. It's basically just view access level. If you set a plugin to Special for example it won't load at all for Registered users.
