Hello, do i really have to uninstall the CB component first before installing 1.8.1? It is not possible to simply install version 1.8.1 over the existing 1.8.0 ?

If you are on Joomla 1.5 or Joomla 2.5, then all you need to do to upgrade from CB 1.8 to CB 1.8.1 is to install over.

This is documented also in the installation pdf and the upgrade text file included in the CB 1.8.1 package.
