Hello, I'm facing a problem and can't find a solution for it.
I've updated to 2.0.2 and it was working so far. Now, after a couple of days, I can't access the admin interface. I can handle the CB component but if I try to open the CBSubspaidsubscrition it doesn't load. I checked the ioncube installation without errors. The system doesn't show any reaction. No timeout, no error massage or anything else. It keeps loading and loading, that's it.
Can you recall anything that has changed in the past few days? This could be a new plugin or extension installed. It could be host upgrading PHP and making your current ioncube invalid. It could be ioncube loader is out of date, etc.. Please enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration then attempt to access to CBSubs again to see if anything happens.
