I have Community Builder and Jlinked pulling people profiles into my community. They work together really well, I recommend both. Here is where I want to get to eventually. I want to have both people profiles and company profiles.
  • Companies would have a list of services & products that would translate down to people currently employed there.

  • People would have a list of skills that would tally up to the company profile.

Any thoughts on how this could be accomplished?
Let me know if you can point me to extensions that get me all the way or part of the way. Thanks!

You could use CB Conditional to show/hide fields/tabs based of another field. That other field would determine what profile they are; Company or Employed? You'd then show/hide different fields/tabs to provide 2 different profiles based off those 2 different types. I suppose this would somewhat give what you're wanting.

CB is more of a social network platform (mini facebook?) and not really a business profile. Maybe the best approach would be to use CB for the employee aspects then use a directory extension like Mosetree to handle the different company profiles. I suppose you could even use GJ for the company profiles and users could join the group (rename to "Company") that they belong to?
