Multiple conditions for showing plan

Im looking for a way to show a plan only if 2 specific fields have a certain value.

For example: Only show the plan at registration if the field gender is male and the age is > 18

Under Conditions on CB Fields to show plan at registration, i can only use one condition,is there another i can go about it to make my desired way works?

The conditions on the workflows tab of your plans only permits 1 specific condition (value matching). In addition to this limitation it's currently bugged and doesn't work. There's no other alternative to what you're wanting, sorry.
