CB Quick Start Pro installation error- site down

CB Quick Start Pro installation error- site down was created by sonny1
I tried to install the CB quick start pro. It gave the failed installation of some plugins and now I end up to blank pages after trying to log in both at administrator and front end.

update: It seems it took the website down. Now all i see is blank pages at back-end and front-end.

Kindly assist.

Fixed, you had intro text with quotes that the auto config appears to have failed to escape.

And how did you fix it? (for my future reference in case I reinstall it)

In Joomla admin, now I see Community Builder and group Jives options besides Help. And also see CB under components. Is this redundancy normal?

Though the above is taken care of, :-)following observation is from my Joomla test folder when I tried to install CB quick start Pro on a clean joomla installation:

It seems to be taking too long to install. No component time out occurs while installing but I do time out as an admin from back end while waiting for it to finish. LOL

Here is the screenshot I took after 30 mins of waiting. So I ended up cancelling it.

Please advice on it as well, if possible.

Looks like registration intro text.

And how did you fix it? (for my future reference in case I reinstall it)

Added slashes to the quotes to escape them. However, it's a bug in the auto configure script that caused it, which is now fixed for next release of pro package.

That's normal. That's the CB Admin Nav module.

Though the above is taken care of, following observation is from my Joomla test folder when I tried to install CB quick start Pro on a clean joomla installation:

Package truly is meant for a clean install.

It seems to be taking too long to install. No component time out occurs while installing but I do time out as an admin from back end while waiting for it to finish. LOL

It installs like a dozen things, including CB, it's going to take some time to complete.

Here is the screenshot I took after 30 mins of waiting. So I ended up cancelling it.

You didn't "click here" ;) check the screen carefully, it tells you what you need to do.
