I want to ask how you can manage a redirect to p.e. a 403 page. I mean: I made different usergroups which have different rights. A certain member can make articles through a link: make a new article.
But if a person, who has no rights to do this, clicks on this link an ugly 403 page opens. Can I adjust that, or is this not the right way to do this?
Contact your host in regards to custom 404 pages. Most of the time you just supply the custom 404 html file in your Joomla root, but every host is different. The error is being served by Joomla and not CB, CB has no control over articles. Joomla sends an HTTP error if user has no access and pretends the link doesn't exist (correct security).
