Modules for registered disappear since J 2.5.7

Well I have a strange problem since upgrading to joomla 2.5.7 yesterday.

It seems that once my users log in, the modules marked for non public groups are not shown any longer.

Same behavior whatever group I try, even with special group.

I tried with other templates, atomic, beez, other module positions, same thing

Does any one have the same problem ?

Hmm. have not heard of anything similar.

I would try to recreate this on a clean Joomla 2.5.7 site and then post to the Joomla forums for attention.

If you description is correct it sounds like a Joomla code issue.

Ok will test further, it may have to do with cache problems because even with cache deactivated, modules disappear and reappear very fluctuently depending on the user logged in or not.

Still testing and will report in joomla forums
